Please read our terms of use carefully before using any app developed by Ersun Software. These terms apply to everyone who uses the apps. By using our apps, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any of these terms, then you should not be using our apps.

You must agree that you will not use any apps made by Ersun Software for any illegal activities, including but not limited to piracy or illegal distribution of software. You agree that you will not attempt to access areas and information that you are not authorized to access.

Renewal

After the end of the current period, your subscription will be auto-renew, and you will be charged the then-current price of the service.

You will be charged the same day your subscription renews. You will be notified when your subscription renews via mail sent to your registered E-mail address.

Prices

All prices, including recurring subscription fees, are subject to change. You will be notified in advance of the same.

Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from iTunes/App Store. Canceled accounts will not be refunded for the unused part of the ongoing service period.

However, we may provide refunds under certain circumstances. For refunds, you must contact us at info@ersunsoftware.com with valid reasons for cancellation.


LIMITED LIABILITY

By using our apps, you accept the fact that Ersun Software is not liable for any untoward circumstances that may arise from the use of our apps.


TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including any breach of our terms.


REDIRECTS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Ersun Software. Ersun Software has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, any content, policies, or practices of third party websites or services. You must further acknowledge that Ersun Software will not be held accountable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party website or services that you visit.


LAW

These terms shall be construed by the laws of different countries without any regard to its conflicts of laws. Our failure to enforce any rights or provisions will not be considered as a waiver of these rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the service.


CHANGES

Among our rights is that our app services can be modified or discontinued temporarily or permanently without notice. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the services.


SUPPORT

We always try to fix all application issues with time. Still, some of our apps(Auto Call Recorder) could be dealing with hardware issues that we have no control over and will not be able to fix. In case you change devices, the data & settings on your old phone application will not be carried over to your new device automatically. You will need to reconfigure them manually.


EULA Agreement

Once you install our apps, you are bound by the terms & guidelines set by the End-User License Agreement (EULA). As a responsible user, you must read & agree to the terms set by EULA. Any violation will result in a legal suit against you by Ersun Software

Permissions

Before using this app, the user must need to know about the required permissions designed under Google’s privacy policy. If you want to change permission, open the application settings and select permission to change. Access Internet and Network Ersun Software applications need the internet to work properly. The applications use only internet and network state to understand that the device is online or not.
